This has been helping me out a bit for the last few days. philome.la/jace_harr/you-feel-like-shit-an-interactive-self-care-guide/play "This is meant to be an interactive flow chart for people who struggle with self care, executive dysfunction, and/or who have trouble reading internal signals. It's designed to take as much of the weight off of you as possible, so each decision is very easy and doesn't require much judgment." Also, my not burning the kitchen down life hack: I set the kettle for boiling any time I have another burner or the oven on because I can forget about cooking but I can't forget about the loud screeching of the kettle.

Just learned a new life hack: since Facebook will almost never take things down for being reported for hate speech, report hate speech as "sexually explicit content" (next to like or reply hit 'more' then 'no, this is not about me or a friend' then the option pops up) because they apparently don't actually review what's reported but they do take down "sexually explicit" content.
